Board Member, Friends of Thacher State Park

Non-profit organization that supports and advocates for the park through volunteerism, education and environmental stewardship. Participating in general governance, as well as creation and execution of fundraising models to support operations.

Board Member, St. Paul's Center for Women & Children

Director/Board Member Bi-monthly volunteer obligation for a shelter for homeless women and children. Participating in general governance, as well as creation and execution of fundraising models to support operations.

• Review quarterly profit and loss statements for revenue patterns and expense changes.

• Recruiting and selection for executive positions and board members.

• Select and supervise legal representation.

• Petition city councils and zoning commissions for specific growth projects.

Lead responsible for grant administration, development of short-term and long-term fundraising programs, budget drafting and review with adherence to New York State non-profit regulations.

Chairperson, Empire Conference for Gender Equity

First area transgender supportive conference for gender equity. Multi-day event providing community and resources, speakers. Worked with local, value-aligned vendors to coordinate care and logistics.
